OrderDesk - Orders Missing Print Data

1. Click on New

2. Click on any order ID in the list of new orders

If an order is new it indicates and issue sending the order to Turbine for production

3. Click on Show Metadata

4. In the product metadata, there should be a print_sku and several print_url values. If this data is missing it indicates a missing product.

5. Click on Sync Item Details With Inventory at the bottom of the page to check whether the product was added after the order was imported.

6. Click on Show Metadata

7. If the meta data remains the same, it indicates a product is missing

9. Click on Inventory Items

10. Type "DTF-HL-LS15001" to search for the missing product

11. Click on Search, if found it will display similar products, if not it needs to be added

12. Click on Import Data

13. Click on Choose File, navigate to the product csv to import and click Upload. If unsure, check Preview Only to see what data will import.

14. Once new products are added, navigate back to New to review orders that may now be ready to send to Turbine

15. Click on #HL5203

16. Click on Turbine

17. Refresh the page after submission, under History you should see the response from Turbine if the order was ingested or rejected. Orders that are successful will move to the Prepared folder
