Automated Batching, Phase 2
Automated batching now supports case and unlabeled batches, semi-automatic pick batches, bulk removal of jobs from batches, and end-to-end automation driven by your batch configurations. Manual batching is still available. This makes high-volume production much more hands-off.

Wider Prints for Design Variants (13.5" Max Width)
Adult size Large and above now default to a 13.5-inch maximum print width. The side-by-side template logic has been updated so it won't force wider prints into a side-by-side layout when it isn't appropriate.

Production Bins Overhaul
Production bins received a broad update including an improved export, new data columns, and expanded controls. Includes a new spot check flow that breaks unlabeled bins down by cases and singles for faster inventory verification.

Print Order Now Follows Pick Path
Prints are now sequenced as the reverse of the pick path so batches come off the press in the same order they're racked into match bins, reducing sort time downstream.

Mixed Unlabeled Batching
Unlabeled batches can now include multiple SKUs of the same print type, printed in the correct sequence. This unlocks better throughput on high-volume mill production.

Mobile Reporting Improvements
Mobile reports now run through the full day and include a new overview plus customer service counts, so managers can review daily progress and open issues directly from their phones.

Auto Reprint for Stalled Single-Item Orders
Completed single-item orders that haven't shipped within six hours will automatically be reprinted. After 3pm, the wait window rolls into a two-hour window on the next shift, so items don't sit idle overnight.

Expedite Jobs Index
A new Expedite Jobs index makes it easy to find and act on at-risk work in one place.

Shipping Configuration in Settings
Shipping configuration options are now available under Settings, giving admins direct control without a code change.

EasyPost ScanForm Auto Retry
ScanForm requests now automatically retry on failure, cutting down manual intervention at the shipping station.
