Production
In this example, we will be using a DTF Order Stock Label. The label includes 50 garments to be pressed. When scanning at the pressing screen, pressers can see all of the items included in the label. The items are grouped based on matching designs. This label has 10 jobs each for 5 different sizes. To mark them as pressed in bulk, users can tap (or click if not using touch screen) the Press Jobs button.
After pressing, the number of items completed is updated. If there were any issues with the pressing, the user can tap or click the red "!" next to the SKU that needs to be reprinted to pull up the reprint screen.
After failing a XL hoodie, the number of items in the order stock label has been updated to reflect that the item has been reprinted and will be picked up in a future pick batch or purchase order.
In addition to the pressing screen, the embroidery screen and the quality screen can also be used to take the order stock label through production. After scanning at quality, users can pass all items, fail all items, or click the fail job button under the thumbnail to reprint individual jobs.
Shipping
To ship the order, scan one of the Order Stock Labels at the Handle & Ship screen. The shipper will be redirected to package the order and confirm shipping / packaging information (if enabled) or redirected directly to the Handle & Ship page for the shipping label to be printed out automatically.
