Order Days
Affects stock reports. Check boxes for each day of the week the location would place orders.
Stock Note Parameters
Update Order Notes with Stock and Ordering Information?
If checked, orders will receive notes notifying when Purchase Orders have SKUs on order for jobs in the order.

Days to Order
Number of days to order for using the "Volume Days To Review" for historical data
Volume Days to Review
Number of days to use as historical volume data for "Days To Order"
Sku Stocked Threshold
Number field for the threshold if a SKU should be always stocked. If SKU is ordered more times than this value over 30 days, then it will be marked as a "stocked" SKU.
Minimum Stocked Quantity
Minimum quantity of stocked SKUs to be kept in stock
PO Sequence
The number in this field will override Turbine's automatic PO number generation and will increment sequentially from the number entered in this field. Be careful when editing this number as PO numbers are unique and could cause issues if updated to an already existing PO number.
Large Order Threshold
The number in this field is the amount of jobs in an order before it is considered a large order. Any order with more jobs than this field will have their jobs completed / shipped in the background.
Garment Provider Minimums
These fields are the minimum dollar amount set for each garment provider for automated PO generation. They can also provide warnings if using PO API submissions. These are generally used for the minimum dollar amount required for free shipping.
Release Jobs Parameters
Open Jobs Limit
Normal priority jobs will not be released if the number of jobs in production (in labeled, picked, or scanned state) exceeds the limit. Rush, problem, reprint, and high priority jobs will bypass this limit.
Cart Size
The max number of jobs in a pick batch when creating via Batch Jobs or Batch Orders
Batch Job Limit
The max number of jobs in a print batch OR in a mobile batch.
Open Batch Limit
The max number of open and unassigned batches
Print by Job Batch Print Type
Applies to DTF print batches. If checked and decoration type of the print batch is not print by order, then print batches will be loaded into Wasatch as a batch (single print, one cut file) or as many jobs (multi print, many cut files).
Shipping Parameters
Count of Garments Per Fleece
Number field for how much capacity a fleece garment uses in a match bin or production bin.
Manifest Shipping Delay in Days
Number field for how many days to push the shipping label date out by.
Match Bin Garment Type Weights
Create or edit the capacity used in match bins by garment type.
Production Bin Garment Type Weights
Create or edit the capacity used in production bins by garment type.
Bin Quantity Parameters
Update Bin Quantity if No Stock?
When a bin is marked as no stock and box is checked, then the quantity is zeroed out.
Update Bin and Stock Quantity on Pick?
If unchecked, the inventory system will be in testing mode and picking jobs will no longer remove quantity from the bin or stock.
Match Bin Parameters
Auto Assign Jobs to Match Bins after QC
If checked, orders will have match bins assigned after quality check instead of when scanned for racking with the mobile app or in the Production > Match Bins screens.
Production Bin Parameters
Use Production Bins
If checked, adds access to the Production Bin screens in the Production section.

Manufacturing Cost per Print ($)
Number field for the cost of labor per print for the billing reports.
Picks per Hour
Number field for the expected picks per hour to have 100% efficiency in Reports > Production > Activities > Pick
Packages per Hour
Number field for the expected packages (quality checks) per hour to have 100% efficiency in Reports > Production > Activities > Quality
Ships per Hour
Number field for the expected ships per hour to have 100% efficiency in Reports > Production > Activities > Ship
Workflow Preferences
Allow Admin Workflow Exceptions
If checked, enables the ability to complete and ship orders from the Manage > Orders > Admin Actions menu
Assign Jobs to Purchase Order Items
If checked, enables assigning jobs to Purchase Orders that are not of the "Stocking" PO type. This will move jobs to the on_order state when orders are placed allowing the jobs to be print batched.
Auto Batch Prints for Purchase Orders
If checked when a Purchase Order with DTF / UV DTF jobs is ordered, Turbine will generate print batches (potentially 1 single print and 1 multi print batch per decoration type) for the DTF / UV DTF jobs on the PO.
Multi Print Batch by Job
If checked, multi print jobs will no longer pull in other multi print jobs from the same order when being print batched.
Pick Batch Builds Print Batch
If checked, creating a pick batch will generate print batches (potentially 1 single print and 1 multi print batch per decoration type) with the DTF / UV DTF jobs from the pick batch.
Single Print Batch by Job
If checked, single print jobs will no longer pull in other single print jobs from the same order when being print batched.
Sidebar Preferences
Rename Batch Jobs To Pick Batch
If checked, Batch Jobs will be renamed to Pick Batch.
Show Batch Orders
If checked, Batch Orders will be available under Manage > Batches.
Show Batch Skus
If checked, Batch Skus will be available under Manage > Batches.
Show Print Batch
If checked, Print Batch will be available under Manage > Batches.
