Roles

User roles in Turbine are tied to the access level of the user. The user role determines what they can and cannot do in the system. Outside of the client role, all roles increase access moving down the navigation bar.

  • Client - This unique role provides an account access to view their orders, make service requests, view inventory and error reports. Clients can be assigned to multiple accounts or sub accounts.

  • Artist - Access to review and update artwork design files.

  • Sales - Review assigned customers, create quotes and invoices.

  • Machine - Select this when you want to add a pick, print, QC, Ship, or Inventory station / user. The machine and user name should match to attribute the correct access and reporting through Turbine.

  • Staff - Production access. Employee role permissions control which station they can use / access.

  • Inventory - Production + Inventory (Basic)

  • Management - Production + Inventory (Basic) + Manage + Reports

  • Supervisor - Production + Inventory (Basic) + Manage + Reports + (Cancel Orders + Approve POs)

  • Admin - Production + Inventory (Advanced) + Manage + Reports + Admin

  • Owner - Production + Inventory (Advanced) + Manage + Reports + Admin + Finance

  • Super Admin - Production + Inventory (Advanced) + Manage + Reports + Admin + Finance + Super Admin
