Packaging is an optional step in Turbine that can be enabled for any account. Once enabled it will display during the Handle & Ship scan and allow you to update the packaging and weight for the order before shipment.
Change the Package type to override the automated system
The ship provider, method and weight can be updated as well
Click on Update Order and Complete, the values will be updated and the shipment label generation process will start with the new values.
