1. Click on Admin on the Sidebar
2. Click on Print Settings
3. Click on Fail Reasons
4. Click on Create New Fail Reason
5. Type the Name of the Fail Reason
6. Check All Applicable Decoration Types
7. Click Create Once Finished
8. Done!
The fail reason will now appear in the list of options when an order / job is failed during quality control if the order / job matches the selected decoration types.
