Occasionally a payment may fail due to an expired credit card or bad payment method. If this occurs you will receive an email from Turbine notifying you at the email addresses configured in your Turbine wallet.
Follow the link from the email and you will see the order with payment status:
Under Payment Failed and in the Actions menu there will be a button to retry payment. Before retrying, confirm your card in Settings is valid and if necessary attach a new card. Once you click on Retry payment, confirm using the modal here:
Once submitted the status of the Payment will change to blue and will show 'Processing':
If successful, the status will change and you will receive an email notification:
The order will now automatically go into production. The email success will look like this in your inbox:
