Replenishment is the process of moving inventory from a case or box in a 'Stock' inventory bin to a pickable bin location. Turbine will report when Replenishment is needed and requires the associate to go scan the case out of inventory, break it down into individual stock labels to print, and then add the stock to an 'Inventory' bin.

The Replenishment report can be found under Reports > Stocking > Replenish List and looks like this:

To start replenishment open the Turbine mobile application and go to Inventory > Replenish. On this screen a list of all inventory that needs to be replenished will be displayed:

Tap on the SKU detail box to start replenishment. The replenishment task is then assigned to the employee and will direct them to the bin where the stock is stowed:

Once at the bin, scan the bin barcode to confirm you are at the correct location, then scan the case label and pull the inventory.

Once the case has been pulled it will be added to the Transfer List in Reports > Stocking > Transfer List and it is ready to be broken down into individual labels:

Go to a computer station with the Turbine Labeler application and navigate to Production (make sure to login with the same PIN number used in the mobile application to pull the case for replenishment).

In the Production section go to Print Labels, it should look like this:

Click on Load Scanned Case to Print and the associated case should display:

You can click Show Batch to confirm the SKU data. When ready to print click on Send to Printer and you will be prompted to scan the first and last label to verify the entire case has printed. In the Turbine Labeler app login with your employee and select Label Type "Stock Labels - Cases".

Click Print, in the Turbine Labeler application and verify the count of labels.

Once confirmed go back to the Turbine Production screen and scan the first and last label to confirm they have printed:

Once the last label is scanned the confirmation message will display:

Affix the labels to the products, and they can now be added to Inventory using the Add Stock mobile function. As they were broken down from a case all the labels can be put away in a single scan to bin.
