1- Print nozzle test to confirm which Print Head need to be addressed

2- If the nozzle test is not perfect and missing a chunk of the pattern, click "Clean" and perform a "Strong" cleaning

3- Reprint the nozzle test, if nozzle test pattern still isn't perfect navigate to the "Setting" tab click "Load Ink" to activate the ink pumps, Run the load ink cycle for 15 seconds, then click "Cancel" to stop the ink pumps

4- Click the "Clean" button and perform a "Strong" cleaning

5- Print nozzle test and inspect the pattern

6- If the nozzle test pattern still not perfect, pour cleaning solution (Blue Solution) into the cap top

7- Cap the Print Heads and let them soak in the cleaning solution for 30 minutes

8- Run a "Clean Tampon" to activate the Pumps to siphon out the cleaning solution

9- Run a cleaning click on "Clean" and perform a "Strong" cleaning, run 2-3 cleaning cycles

10- Perform a nozzle test and inspect the pattern

11- If nozzle Test pattern still isn't perfect replace Print Head
