Replacing Cap Top

1- Open PrintEXP navigate to the settings tab

2- Locate "Load Ink" click the button to activate the ink pumps, run the Ink pumps for 15 seconds then click "Cancel" to stop the Ink pumps

3- Locate "Clean Tampon" button, click the button to activate the pumps, verify which Cap Top is not siphoning the ink through the cap top

4- Press the emergency stop button, turn off power switch, unplug the print power switch from the wall socket

5- Lower the capping station by rotating the manual wheel counter clock wise until the cap tray is at its lowest point

6- Push the Print Head carriage over to access the Capping Tray

7- Locate the Cap Top you are replacing

8- Locate the four Allen key screws on each corner of the Cap Top

9- Losen the four screws on the Cap Top

10- Gently lift the Cap Top from the Capping Tray

11- Carefully disconnect the two tubbing's on the bottom of the Cap Top connections

12- Once removed place the Cap Top on a lint free wipe or place it back in its original packaging box

13- Gently remove the new Cap Top out of its package

14- Connect the two Tubing to the bottom of the Cap Top connections, you can connect either tubing to either connection on the bottom

15- Carefully place the Cap Top into its slot on the Capping Tray

16- Drop all four screws into the corner holes of the Cap Top

17- Tighten the four screws until the Cap Top is flushed with the Capping Tray

18- Plug the Printer cable into wall socket, and switch on the power

19- Undo the emergency stop button, the Printer will now power on and reinitialize

20- Open PrintEXP and navigate the "Settings" tab

21- Locate the "Load Ink" button, click the button to activate the ink pumps, Run the "Load Ink" cycle for 15 seconds, then click "Cancel" to stop the Ink Pumps

22- Locate the "Clean Tampon" button, click the button to activate the pumps, verify that the ink is siphoning through the new Cap Top, click "Cancel" to stop the pumps

23- Click the "Clean" button and perform a "Strong" cleaning

24- Verify the new Cap Top is siphoning the ink
