1. An order that is ready to release to production with direct label will carry an issue that the inventory isn't available, but no issues related to artwork
2. When the inventory is received, the label will be available to direct print and label to the garment
3. Click on 1 Job Label(s)
4. Confirm the label has printed ok in the Turbine Labeler app
5. Back at the order we can see the job is now picked and ready for production
6. In the Turbine Mobile app, navigate to the Production page
7. Click on Rack and either type in the job barcode or use the camera icon in the top right to bring up the mobile camera scanner
8. If scanned correctly the order will be assigned a match bin and the name of the bin will be displayed to walk over to
9. Scan the barcode on the match bin and the job should now be assigned to the bin and can be placed inside
10. Back in Turbine we can view the match bin using the search page to find it
11. In the list of bins, Click on View Order
12. We can see the order has been assigned and the job we scanned is now located in the bin
13. Once the film has been printed and is ready to sort into a bin, go to Production and login with your PIN number
14. Click on Search
15. Click on Match Films
16. Scan the barcode on the film or key in the order id to search for the order's bin
17. Click on Search
18. The bin will be displayed below with the option to Add Film to Bin
19. Click on Add Film to Bin
20. This order required a single piece of film and is now ready to collect. Click on Collect Order
21. The success message will be displayed that this order should go to pressing
22. Once in pressing, Click on Quality
23. Scan the barcode on the garment to bring up the job
24. Click on Search
25. Once the job has been pressed and passes quality. Click on Pass
26. This single job order is now ready to ship
27. Click on Handle & Ship
28. Scan the barcode on the garment once more
29. Click on Search
30. The web interface will automatically open and download the label, the Turbine Shipper app should automatically print the label and the order will be marked as shipped.
