Racking an order is required when an order is comprised of 2 or more jobs to ensure they are stored in a consolidated area until they are ready to collect for shipment.

When a multiple item order passes through Quality Control, there will be an alert to the operator that the item requires racking, alerting them to set it aside for Racking via the mobile application and to which area the order will be stored.

From the mobile application, the employee must first login with their pin number:

After login, tap the menu icon in the top right corner of the application and select “Production”:

On the production screen, select “Rack”:

The camera should now display to scan the job barcode:

Scan the barcode of the job, if the job requires additional handling before it can be racked, an error will display:

Once completed, the rack location will display upon rescan:

Take the job to the rack location and scan the rack barcode:

A success message will display and the next job is ready to Rack.
