1. A. Now we will walk through how to produce an order from existing inventory
B. Click on Actions
2. Click on Release Hold to manually release the order with no issues. This happens automatically every hour and does not need to be done manually unless you need to push the order to production asap
3. Click on Batches
4. Click on Pick Batch
5. Select an option for decoration type to batch for production ready to take to a station without manually sorting
6. Click on Load Jobs
7. Click on Create Job Batch
8. Click on Create
9. Select an option for the other decoration types until the pick batch queue is clear of jobs
10. Click on Load Jobs
11. Click on Create Job Batch
12. Click on Create
13. Click on View
14. Click on View to access the pick batch and print labels prior to picking
15. A. Select an option to assign the batch to an employee
B. Click on Save changes
16. A. Click on Actions
B. Click on Create Stock Labels
17. The labels are now queued to print on the label station
18. In the label app, select Batch Stock Labels when logged in as the employee assigned the batch
19. The labels should auto-print and will look like this
20. Now open the mobile app and go to Inventory > Pick
21. Click Start to receive the next batch to pick
22. You will be asked for the pick cart ID to start the batch
23. You will be directed to the bin for this job, take the labels you just printed with you and attach to each garment before scanning to confirm the pick action
24. Scan the label or use the camera to scan the barcode
25. If this the last item in the bin you will be asked to confirm the bin is now empty
26. You will be directed to the next bin to pick until the batch completes
27. A. Now with picked jobs on the cart you can take Embroidery jobs to the embroidery station and scan into the production interface. DTF goes to heat press screen and for non-decorated take them to the Quality station. Click on Production
B. Click on Embroider
28. A. Click on Download DST File
B. Click on Open Tech Pack
29. Click on REQUIRED Rack if it's a multi item order
30. Once the embroidery is complete and the non-decorated item has been quality checked you can rack the order and will see it in a completed state which means all jobs have passed production and are ready for shipping. You can now collect the order and package and ship it.
