Under Inventory β†’ Stock β†’ Minimum Management, all stocks that are marked as Stocked will be displayed in the table.

Editing Individual Stocks

Each stock can be edited individually by clicking the Edit action on the right side of the table. From there, you can:

  • Mark the stock as Stocked

  • Set a Minimum Quantity

  • Mark the stock as Mill Only

  • Set an Order Case Quantity

Bulk Updates via Import

Multiple stocks can be updated at once using the Import Stock Minimums page, accessible from the top-right corner of the Minimum Management index.
Be sure to download the import template from the Notes section before uploading.

In the example upload, all sizes of G5000 Navy are configured to:

  • Be marked as Stocked

  • Have a Minimum Quantity of 1,000

  • Be set to Order by Case

  • Be marked as Mill Only

Once the upload is complete, Turbine will send a confirmation email. Afterward, the Minimum Management index will reflect the newly configured G5000 Navy stocks.

Mill Report

After stock minimums are configured, the Mill Report (located under Reports β†’ Stocking β†’ Mill Report) will populate with all stocks marked as Mill Only.

Because the G5000 Navy stocks have a minimum quantity of 1,000, they appear with a Danger status if the current stock on hand is below that threshold.

  • Stocks within 10% of the minimum are marked as At Risk

  • The report can be filtered by status

  • Results can be exported to CSV
