Cutter not reading registration marks

1- If the cutter cannot find/read registration marks click on "Test" this will allow you to move the carriage so you can readjust the camera position

2- Once you have moved the camera over the registration mark press "Enter" the cutter will attempted to read the dots again

3- If the camera cannot read registration marks the camera needs to be recalibrated

4- To recalibrate the cutter, you will need to connect the cutter to a laptop or PC via USB

5- Load Transfer Print with registration marks on the flat bed cutter

6- Turn vacuum on to ensure the transfer is laid flat

7- Connect USB cable to Cutter

8- Open installed folder "WinTool"

9- Open "Device Manager"

10- Click 'Port Setting" right click "Properties and change Bit to 56700 click "OK"

11- Right click "WinTool" click on "Run as Administrator"

12- Click "Debug" and change Baudrate to 56700

13- Click "Connect To Device"

14- Use the arrows keys on the control panel to move head carriage to blank area on film

15- Click "Auto Exposure" and "Auto Threshold" turn on "Misc Light" Click "Save Settings"

16- Under "Get File" click both "Raw" and "Bin"

17- Click "Start" for camera to scan blank area of film for background calibration

18- Bin Previews shows the scanned and processed images of background

19- Click "Update Background" software tool will apply adequate settings automatically

20- Click "Save Settings" then click "OK"

21- Click "Start" again to see result after calibration

22- When camera is probably calibrated for background "Bin" will show black background without any noise

23- Calibrating for registration marks

24- Use arrow key to move head carriage

25- Position camera to be on top of registration marks

26- Click "Manual Exposure" and "Manual Threshold"

27- Set "Manual Exposure" to 10ms and "Manual Threshold" to 80%

28- Click "OK" and "Save Settings"

29- Click "Start"

30- Move Head Carraige until scanned image shows registration marks in the center and click "Start" to check

31- Showing clear circle shape with great contrast in black and white indicated camera is calibrated properly

32- Set "Segma X" to 0.75757 and "Segma Y" to 0

33- Click "OK" and "Save Settings" then click "Start"

34- Disconnect USB cable and close Wintool software

35- Cutter should be properly calibrated
