If the quantity or stitch count do not match a price cell in the matrix, the closest match will be found and a warning will appear.
Example - An item with 9 quantity and 500 stitches. If the matrix starts at 1000 stitches, then it will round up to the cell where 9 quantity and 1000 stitches applies. If the matrix ends at 5000 stitches and an item with 10,000 stitches is added, then it would round down to 5000 stitches.
