1. Navigate to an Order on Hold to Review the Issues Holding the Order from Production, if Inspection Required the order needs artwork reviewed
2. Click on Item to View the Order Item Details
3. Click on 358 or the Design ID to View the Design
4. On the right you will see if the artwork has been processed, the dimensions and resolution. A Max art dimensions will be present if a set sheet size is ordered.
5. You can view the artwork submitted by clicking on the Thumbnail image or the Original Art url on the left. In this case I am going to download the original art, fix the resolution and trim the art in Photoshop to improve the print quality.
6. Once you have completed the edits and are ready to upload, Click on Edit this Design
7. Click on Browse under the Artwork field to select the new file to upload
8. Click on Update
9. After a minute or so the artwork should have re-processed, you can now see the resolution is 300 ppi and the art dimensions are closer to what the customer intended
10. Click on Artwork File If you want to double check the artwork that will now be used in production
11. At the bottom of the Design page, click on the Order ID to go back to the order page.
12. On the order page, click the "Inspected" button to approve the order to go into production
13. You'll now see the inspection issue has been removed and the order will go into production as soon as the artwork has been processed.
